Summer Student Employment Opportunities
$16.55 per hour (plus 4% in lieu of vacation)

The Ottawa-Carleton District School Board is currently accepting applications for summer students in the following departments:
Corporate Records
Location: 133 Greenbank Road, Nepean ON
Duration: Approximately July to August
Assist with the scanning of employee document files into the digital records repository, Laserfiche.
Develop an understanding of records theory and file classification schemes, while gaining experience working in an active office environment.
Due to the sensitivity of the employee records, you will be required to sign a privacy agreement. 2. Facilities and Maintenance
Location: 1224 Stittsville Main Street (Stittsville Depot)Duration: Approximately May to August
Duties will include cleaning and organizing facilities
Working in collaboration with maintenance trades staff
May include responsibility for deliveries and pick up of inventory to OCDSB locations
Valid G license is required.
Qualifications
Students must have a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN); and are enrolled in a secondary or post-secondary institution currently or for the fall semester, or have graduated within six months by your first day of employment.
