The Opportunity: The Branksome Hall business accelerator program, (NOODLE) which was first created and funded in 2018, is seeking an Entrepreneurship Facilitator to work directly with students (grades 7 - 12). Since inception, NOODLE has been supported by a team of educators and an entrepreneur in residence who was instrumental in the development and growth of the program. Reporting to the Chief Innovation Officer, and working closely with the NOODLE team, the Entrepreneur in Residence will play a vital role in guiding student-led ventures, preparing them for competitions and pop-up events, and offering real-world insights beyond traditional curriculum. The NOODLE program supports students through an 18-week curriculum, offering hands-on entrepreneurial experience. This role offers up to 8 hours per week, with the possibility of sharing the hours between two individuals. We are open to discussing flexible arrangements and alternative ways to structure the role to best suit the needs of qualified candidate(s) and our NOODLE program. Key Responsibilities Include: Lead and facilitate the NOODLE entrepreneurship curriculum, working with students for up to 8 hours per week, outside of regular school hours (mornings, lunch break or after school) through the 18-week program. Provide individualized mentorship and guidance to student start-ups, helping them prepare for competitions and business scaling. Provide in person consultations to support student ventures and ensure continued progress in their company. Collaborate with teachers and staff members to support the entrepreneurship experience for students. Help organize and support the NOODLE program's events, which includes a pitch competition with an opportunity to win additional funding to scale up and grow their company. Participate in the expansion of the NOODLE program to engage more students across the school. Candidate Profile Proven experience as an entrepreneur or business mentor, ideally with experience working with youth Strong understanding of the entrepreneurial process, from ideation to market launch Ability to inspire and motivate students while providing practical, hands-on guidance and mentorship with a variety of products.
