Reporting and working under the daily direction of the Director of Human Resources, the Staffing Assistant-Dispatch, dispatches Teachers Teaching on Call (TTOCs), and other casual employees, provides various general administrative services and performs a variety of related clerical duties using computerized and manual systems.

Required Qualifications and Experience: Grade 12 Graduation including courses in Information Technology at the Grade 12 level (e.g. MS Office, word, databases, spreadsheets)

Demonstrated knowledge of office procedures and standard office equipment including personal computers and office software

Minimum keyboarding speed of 50 wpm

Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and produce results within deadlines

Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, where productive relationships are developed and maintained

Attention to detail

Ability to use judgement and tact in providing information

OR an equivalent combination of training and experienceDesirable Qualifications and Experience: Knowledge of School District administrative software

Knowledge of School District operations

Courses in Human Resources Management
