This position focuses on teaching Career-Life Education 12, Marketing & Promotion, Accounting 11, Economic Theory 12, and Law 12. Develop students' understanding of practical life skills, financial literacy, economic concepts, and legal principles.
Incorporate a range of teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs and encourage student engagement and critical thinking.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports academic success and personal growth.
Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to enhance student learning.
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.Qualifications: Certified to teach in British Columbia.
Specialized experience in humanities subjects at the secondary level, specifically in Career-Life Education, Marketing, Accounting, Economics, and Law.
Strong knowledge of BC curriculum standards and instructional best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
