Salary Range: $25.92 - $29.41 (dependent on education/certificate and experience) Unity Christian School, located in the picturesque city of Chilliwack, British Columbia, is seeking a Development Assistant (0.4 FTE) for the 2024 2025 school year.

The Development Assistant works under the supervision of the Director of Development and provides administrative support in the admissions process and development initiatives.

Development Assistant Job Description Skills:

Organized and detail-oriented

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships

Proficiency in Google platform (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Canva, and donor database software (e.g., Keela)Education:

Preference for candidates with a college or university degree/diploma with an emphasis on communications, administration, and/or public relations.Experience:

Previous experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, or a related field is preferred.

Experience initiating, cultivating and managing relationships
