demonstrated use of highly successful instructional strategies and lesson designs in the classroom (i.e., A Connect, Process, Transform, Reflect approach)

willingness to use district and Ministry data sets (i.e., ACT, SNAP, EDI, FSA, PM/RR) to identify student need and drive informed teaching practice and planning
knowledge of and demonstrated ability to use hands-on discovery learning and problem/inquiry learning for instruction
