The South East Cornerstone Public School Division invites applications for an Early Learning Program Designer. This full-time position will be based in Estevan at the Estevan Early Years Family Resource Centre effective immediately until the end of the 2024-25 school year. This position will report to the Coordinator of Early Learning and will be immediately responsible to: Provide theoretical and practical guidance to the Estevan Early Years Family Resource Centre to ensure the highest quality in early years family programming.

Deliver programming for families of young children (birth to five years).

Actively engage and welcome families in strength-based ways and work to build strong relationships with parents, caregivers, and children who attend the centre.

Actively seek out new families to attend Early Years FRC programming and drop-in times. This includes strategies for incorporating diverse families. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Education or related degree. They will be an enthusiastic, organized and motivated team player possessing a strong knowledge of current early learning educational trends, with a proven track record of success working with families and young children.
