A condition of employment as an EA/CYW with the Waterloo Region District School Board requires that one must pass a Physical Demands test. Successful candidates for the supply position will be working on an on call basis from September to June and be willing to complete all aspects of the role. We anticipate a strong need for supply employees and anticipate, but cannot guarantee, regular and consistent hours. Additionally, working supply will help gain in school experience and networking opportunities which may provide additional opportunities to help secure permanent assignments.

Please note that conditional offers will be made to successful applicants until such time that proof of graduation is confirmed.Qualifications/Requirements:

Applicants will be screened to determine if they qualify as an Educational Assistant only or if the education and experience qualifies the candidate as a Child and Youth Workers as well as an Educational Assistant.
