Assignment: Full-time 1.0 FTE Educational Assistant position

Duties to commence August 28, 2024 and continue for the remainder of the 2024/2025 school year

Lacombe Outreach School; Grades 10-12, working with students individually and in small groups settings.

Assisting Teacher in daily classroom activities and assisting with breakfast and lunch programQualifications and/or Assets:

Experience and training working with youth with diverse learning needs

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Work collaboratively and co-operatively with teachers and other educational assistants in the classroom/school

Familiar with technology would be considered an asset

Willingness to work in a team-oriented learning environment

Willingness to assist in Breakfast/Lunch programs

Familiarity with senior high curriculum, strategies and concepts

Experience and/or training as an Educational Assistant would be considered an asset Application:
