Your role will include but is not limited to:

Cultivate an invigorating, demanding, well-structured, and motivational learning space.

Establish transparent, quantifiable goals to advance children's educational journey.

Maintain effective records of student progression, incorporating both formative and summative evaluations.

Communicate with parents about their child's growth, achievements, and advancement.

Handle conduct through positive encouragement and exemplifying appropriate behaviour.

Engage in meetings as necessitated.

Guide, manage, and interact efficiently with classroom support personnel.

Requirements Must possess QTS

Knowledge in applying a range of teaching strategies to meet the differing needs of children.

A valid in-date Enhanced DBS (preferably on the Update Service)

Clear and robust behaviour management skills.
