PADDLE Continuing Education Instructor

Positions / Locations: 1 PADDLE Continuing Education Instructor: 235 Albert Avenue, North Bay

$35.00/hour, inclusive of 4% vacation and appliable statutory holiday pay

Required Instructor Qualifications: A Valid Ontario College of Teachers Certificate

A Valid Certificate of Registration from the Ontario College of Teachers

Primary, Junior, Intermediate and/or Senior Teaching Qualifications?

Special Education Qualifications (Special Education Specialist, considered an asset)Position Criteria:? Ability to work with adult students who have complex needs and/or developmental disabilities who might require support with self-regulation, behavior management, and/or social learning and communication

Ability to work collaboratively as a part of a multi-faceted team supporting students?

Ability to implement differentiated instruction to support a wide variety of adult student learning needs

Effective communication and reporting skills (For example, reporting attendance in Edsby)

Ability to write and implement Individual Student Learning Plans, as required

Valid drivers license?
