The school is located in the town of Peace River and serves students from grades 5-8. The school offers a high quality core academic program, consisting of English, French Immersion and French Second Language and a wide range of exploratory courses which include Art, Drama, Home Economics and Band.
Qualifications: Educational Assistant Certificate or equivalent
Experience and/or training working with students in a junior/senior high school settingSkills: Ability to work with children with varied skill levels, needs and abilities
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Rate of Pay:
$20.72 to $25.99 per hour (dependent on experience and education in accordance with the collective agreement between the CUPE Local 4839 and the Peace River School Division).
