development of student success with focus on literacy and numeracy in child-centered classrooms- Demonstrated supervisory experience- Stong commitment to maintaining a safe, supportive and positive school environment- Strong instructional knowledge-base and administrative technology skills to support development- Demonstrated experience in promoting and sustaining a collaborative school culture in which unique needs and
