The successful candidate will possess demonstrated leadership ability in promoting success for all learners within a safe and nurturing Catholic community. They must have experience connecting with local First Nations communities and integrating the First Peoples Principles of Learning.
QUALIFICATIONS: An active practicing Catholic who is a role model in the school, parish and community
Possession of, or working towards, a Masters degree in Education or related field
Preferred five years of successful teaching experience
Successful school administration and/or leadership experience
Demonstrated leadership in innovative practice and an understanding of the BC Curriculum
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
Superior skills in communication and problem-solving
Demonstrated commitment to a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
