Archbishop Jordan Catholic High School

Sherwood Park, AlbertaElk Island Catholic School Division is currently accepting applications for a High School Business Manager located at Archbishop Jordan High School in Sherwood Park. This is a 1.0 FTE, 12 month non association position. The Business Manager is an integral part of the school community involved in many aspects of the school.

The Business Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining the financial processes of the school, ensuring that they comply with Division policies and procedures. Reporting to the school Principal, or designate, this position will work closely with the central Finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Additional responsibilities include a high level knowledge of the ERP system, School Generated Funds (SGF), budget analysis, account reconciliations and purchasing.

The successful candidate will possess post secondary training in accounting or related fields. Strong organization, problem solving and time management skills are essential. A high degree of proficiency in Google/Excel spreadsheets is required, with experience in school based software such as PowerSchool and Rycor considered an asset.
