District No. 48 is currently looking for On-Call
Technology Service Technicians to join our team!
Location: District
Rate of Pay: $34.32/hr Duties & Responsibilities:
Under the
direction of the ICT Manager, provides technical support services at all sites
in the School District. This includes -
diagnosing and resolving computer related hardware and software
incidents and service requests in person, by telephone or remote access,
providing end-user assistance and training - in accordance to District
standards and guidelines. Required Qualifications:
Completion of Grade 12 plus post-secondary training
in a computer related field of at least 2 years and a minimum of 3 years recent
related professional experience is preferred which includes Local and Wide Area
Networking and Personal Computer hardware and software maintenance.
Customer Service oriented with very good written
and verbal communication skills.
Valid Class 5 BC Drivers License. Travel will be required
Knowledge of Worksafe BC safety regulations.Please note that
