Hourly Rate: $21.98 per hour, as per the CUPE Collective Agreement Specific Needs/Requirements for this position:
Experience implementing positive behavior support plan strategies required
Experience implementing ILP and IPP goals
Verbal Intervention Training is an asset
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training is an asset
Formal Post-Secondary training is preferred
Candidate must have strong skills in managing students behaviour
Experience using assistive technology an asset
Preferred candidates would have experience working with Division 1 students
Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team an asset
Experience working with students with various diverse learning and behavioural needs an asset Applications, either written or electronic, must include documentation which describes:
Highest level of formal education.
Professional certificates, trade certificates, etc.
Courses, seminars, specialized training.
Experience related to the position.
