Competition #3406 The Chinook School Division is seeking a dynamic, student-focused leader to be Vice Principal of O.M Irwin School beginning August 27, 2024. Irwin School is a K-8 school with 390 students and 24 teachers.The Chinook School Division is proud to serve nearly 6,000 students in 60 schools, with over 1,000 collegial and student-centered teachers and support staff. Demonstrated skills in community involvement and public relations including the ability to work cooperatively with parents, professionals and community service agencies.

Graduate level training in areas such as supervision of instruction, program and curriculum development and administration would be an asset.

Demonstrated ability to be a problem solver and to work collaboratively with others.

Recent, successful teaching experience.

Administrative experience would be an asset.

The ability to support student services programming would be considered an asset.
