TABER CHRISTIAN HIGH SCHOOL

Taber Christian High School is a grade 9-12 school. Our 13 staff members provide service to approximately 121 students in the town of Taber, Alberta.

.80 FTE Probationary Grade 9-12 Humanities Teacher

Experience and training in drama and/or athletics would also be considered an asset.

Assignment includes Taber Christian High School is seeking a 0.8 FTE teacher to teach grade 9 and high school Social Studies and possibly some English. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate expertise in this area while also teaching and mentoring students. Note: someone with the skills and enthusiasm to push in and support our drama program and/or our athletics program would be considered an additional asset.

Taber Christian High School is a Christian faith-based community of learning. As a Christian school we teach all classes from a Biblical perspective and help students reflect in how their faith impacts their identity. We are seeking to develop a more project-based approach to instruction. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate expertise in the subject areas, while also teaching and mentoring students.
