2.0 Summer Students - Temporary/Full-Time

Location: Timmins

Start date: Required June 24, 2024 until August 30, 2024

Vacancy Details: 40 hours/week - 7:00am to 3:00pm SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performing general grounds and building maintenance such as: Picking up and removing refuse

Grass cutting

Trimming, planting, watering, digging, raking

Interior work such as moving furniture and minor cleaning tasks will be assigned on days that are raining

QUALIFICATIONS:

-- Working towards a degree from an accredited university or diploma from an accredited college or enrolled in a secondary school

-- Team player with good organization, interpersonal, and oral communication skills

-- Ability to work outdoors and in adverse environmental conditions

-- Shall work cooperatively and effectively with other staff and supervisors

-- Valid Ontario drivers license G1 acceptable

-- Experience with grass cutting equipment is an asset

-- Must have a current, Board approved, WHMIS Certificate

-- Some heavy lifting required, i.e. picnic tablesInterested Candidates:
