Substitute Teachers Garden Valley School Division is a dynamic, innovative and visionary school division located in the heartland of industrialized south central Manitoba. It has a student population of about 4,300 and has seen a steady growth rate over the last number of years. The City of Winkler, the industrial hub and home to the divisions administrative office, two high schools and four of its eight primary/elementary administrative units, has all of the amenities of a larger city within a rural setting.
