The Career Foundation is immediately seeking full-time Packer / Craters on behalf of one of our Employer Partners.

This employer provides a safe manufacturing environment that follows strict COVID-19 protocols.



  • Placing switch bases onto crates using overhead crane
  • Building crates for switches
  • Cutting, drilling, threading pipes
  • Follow all company policies and legislative requirements regarding health and safety, including wearing, care and storage of all personal protective equipment



  • Experience working with hand and power tools, including nail and staple guns
  • Attention to detail, with exceptional attention to quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to climb ladders and work on platforms, as required while ensuring that all health and safety practices and policies are adhered to
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
